At this time of year we have lots of seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables so it makes sense to use them and also help youngsters become aware of what we grow in this country and when it is available. Fresh, natural ingedients always taste better, as well as being kinder to the environment, not having flown halfway round the world!
Designed to give your youngster a firm foundation that will provide them with the techniques and knowledge they need to grow into competent and confident cook, it is also lots of FUN and they will bring home the results of the session to share with the family.
