Having run the very popular 'Spanish Tapas' class for some time, Tom Dodd, Head Chef at Vaughan's Kitchen, has designed an all day course where you can really get involved with Spanish cuisine.  It is suitable for all levels of culinary ability, as the group is small - so the competent can be 'stretched' and the less competent can be supported.

These are complex dishes that will help you acquire skills and learn techniques that can be transferred to other dishes.

On the menu will be:

  • Jamon croquetas (ham croquettes) - as a tapas style starter
  • Cocido des montañés (mountain stew, made with pork shoulder, chorizo, chickpeas)
  • Patatas bravas - a classic!
  • Spinach with cumin & pinenuts (this touches on the North African influence)
  • Aioli to serve with croquetas 
  • Santiago tart with creme fraiche

We provide everything you need PLUS we do the washing up!

During the day you will enjoy lunch, with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic refreshments. There will be goodies to take home.
