On the eve of St Patrick's Day what better way to improve your culinary repetoire than with some Irish classics AND have a lot of fun at the same. Jayne Annan was born and brought up in Donegal and she will bring the authentic flavours of the beautiful Emerald Isle to this session. Some Irish dancing will round off the evening. How can you resist it?

On the menu for you to make:
- smoked salmon & cream cheese starter
- Traditional gammon & parsley sauce
- Colcannon (mashed potato, cabbage and scallions)
- Irish soda bread
- Irish apple cake with whiskey cream
The class is a busy hands-on session . All equipment, ingredients and aprons are provided PLUS we do the washing up!
You will sit down to eat some of what you have made and there will be plenty to take away with you. At the end of the evening, the work benches will be pushed back and we will have our very own Vaughan's Cookery School ceilidh!
Whatever your skill level the small group size (maximum 10) enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment..
