Do you ever feel that you would benefit from some more information and techniques that will help you prepare meat better?  On MasterChef it seems to be a key skill and now you too can learn from someone who has had a lifetime in the industry.

During the evening you will understand more about:

  • knife skills for butchery
  • Identifying cuts and best cooking methods for each
  • Trimming, preparing and cooking rack of lamb - French trim (classic way to serve)
  • Jointing a chicken and how to use whole bird to maximum effect

The class is a busy hands-on session. All equipment, ingredients and aprons are provided PLUS we do the washing up! 

Whatever your skill level the small group size (maximum 10) enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment.
