Peter Vaughan's Thai cookery classes are always very popular. His Executive Chef and Mentor when he was training, Peter Kromberg, had been Executive Chef at Siam Intercontinental in Bangkok for many years so, not only knew a lot about Thai cusine, but also employed quite a few high end Thai chefs in his 'brigade' who Peter enjoyed learning from. It is a country with a long history of unbroken independence so, unlike many other cuisines, it remains true to it's historic roots with a delicate balance of spices and aromats that help make Thai food interesting and popular.

'Chef's Table' is a popular trend in London and has become a feature of upmarket restaurants. Now it has come to Devizes!  Watch your food being prepared in front of you - see raw ingredients transformed into delicious dishes right before your eyes. Hear Chef's anecdotes, hints and tricks whilst enjoying fantastic food and wine. Peter is the perfect chef to host a Chef’s Table as he will share his infectious enthusiasm for all things edible!

There will be wine to go with the meal and non-alcoholic Thai-inspired drinks as an alternative.

The menu for this evening:.

Starter: Tom Yum prawn soup with Thai prawn & water chestnut toast 

Main: Classic Thai green chicken curry with jasmine rice & sesame garlic beans

Dessert: Thai version of creme caramel

Coffee/tea/herbal tea will be served at the end of the meal. 

The price covers food and drink.

Most dietary requirement can be accommodated if notified when booking.
