Showcasing ingredients from the South West - blackberries
Tonight Aimee Applegate, currently on the prestigious 3 year Specialised Chefs course at Bournemouth & Poole College, in conjunction with Peter Vaughan, will cook for you an inspiring three course meal using ingredients from this part of the country. These dishes will form part of her final Royal Academy of Culinary Arts exam next summer.

It was spending time with her Nan in the kitchen that started her love of cooking and then, as a teenager, she decided to follow a career in the world of Hospitality. She has made blackberries the focus this evening because they are readily available in the autumn and free to anyone who is willing to brave the colder weather - and the thorns! Aimee will cook the dishes for you whilst telling you what she is doing and why. You then enjoy the meal with some matching wines and beverages.

The price covers food and drink and the beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) have been selected to compliment the dishes.
Coffee/tea/herbal tea wil be served at the end of the meal.
The evening is an eating experience first and foremost and so there is no hands on cooking by the customer.
