Mexican - Night of the Dead | Oct 31st | £60

Thursday  7pm - 9.30pm | Led By Peter Vaughan

Celebrate a truly amazing  Night of the Dead with Peter Vaughan. It's the biggest of all the festivals in Mexico and quite rightly so. A time to honour the ancestors, which involves feasting and partying for three days. The Day of the Dead festival featured in the opening sequence of James Bond 'Quantum of Solace'.

On the menu:

  • Guacamole like you have never made before: half the calories; half the cost and twice the flavour
  • Mole: that is mol-EE, not the animal - the famous savoury sauce finished with chocolate
  • A to Z of salsa : learn to turn any of those odd, sad-looking fruit and veg in your fridge into a authentic salsa worthy of serving in Mexico
  • Corn bread: Mexico is the home of corn and if you think it only yellow, you are in for treat.
