Why buy your pizzas when you can make them easily yourself? They cost a fraction of the price, can have your favourite toppings (whatever combination suits you) plus you will know exactly what is in them. Having supported Devizes Food and Drink Festival ever since it started - when Peter Vaughan was a young chef in his twenties - we are delighted to offer the chance this year for you to learn how to make your own pizzas from scratch. There will be tips for using a wood fired oven to bake them or what you need to know to get the best results from baking them in your conventional domestic oven. We'll also be using organic local flour and other ingredients to celebrate the lovely things that grow in Wiltshire.
