Last year this evening booked up very quickly so, if you like the idea of cooking a beautiful Valentine's meal together, as well as learning some new dishes and getting the benefit of Chef's tips and tricks, don't hang around but make a booking NOW. Romantic and fun at the same time. Drinks are included in the price.

The theme this evening is 'Classic Parisian'. Peter will not only help you make delicious food but also help you improve your presentation with some Michelin Star skills that he learnt in his days in fine dining establishments.

On the menu:

  • Glass of Kir Royale on arrival (or non-alcoholic version)
  • Starter: Salad of prawn and avocado remoulade
  • Mains: Chicken Escalopes with sauce 'Forestiere' (contains mushrooms)  Vegetarian version available
  • Dessert: Paris-Brest Gateau - choux pastry and almond cream made popular by Tour de France cyclists, hence the name

The evening will finish with supper when you can taste your creations and compare your finished dishes with the other couples!  There will be red and white wine available plus an interesting non-alcoholic alternative.  If you would like to bring some containers to take any lefttovers home, that would be useful.

This can be made suitable for vegetarians and gluten free.  Please let us know of any special dietary requirements when you book.

Suitable non-slip footwear is best worn in the kitchen.
