In view of the government requirement for all schools, cafes, restaurants, pub and leisure facilities to close in order to help limit the spread of the corona virus, all of our classes are suspended until further notice. At this point we anticipate that will be the end of June.
Anyone who has booked and paid for sessions during this period will be contacted individually and we will discuss options for rescheduling or a credit voucher. We are currently working on getting as much of the Autumn/Winter programme on the website - and for early 2021.
Our premises are now closed but the staff team can still be contacted by phone or email between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday so, if you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We also will be very happy to process bookings for future sessions or for vouchers, which will now have an 18 month ‘shelf life’.

Wednesday 7pm - 9.30pm | Led by Peter Vaughan
Home made pasta is simply delicious, packed full of essential protein and a far cry from what you buy in a supermarket. A lovely sauce or accompaniment turns this into a fantastic meal. You don't necessarily need a pasta machine because, during this evening, you will learn how to make successful pasta dough, with or without it.
The Pasta with Peter class was just brilliant. I loved every minute and it's stunning how much you can learn in an evening when it's delivered in such an enthusiastic and eloquent way. And of course the Pasta was amazing!! Belinda Talbot
On the menu is:
- how to make tagliatelle, fettuccine and ravioli
- a number of tasty sauces and accompaniments
- make your own Michelin star standard ravioli, once you know the tips
This is suitable for vegetarians and all levels of culinary skill. We provide everything you need PLUS we do the washing up!
The group will be small with a maximum of 10.
At the end of the session, enjoy a glass of wine with a plate of your delicious pasta. There will be goodies to take home.
