Thursday 7.00pm - 9.30pm | Led by Peter Vaughan
True Indian food is very different from that served in many Indian takeaways and restaurants in Wiltshire and beyond. The authentic article is extremely healthy, not greasy, satisfying and packs a really exciting explosion of flavour and aromatics, without ever being too spicy or hot - you can adjust both these elements when creating your own dishes.

Peter will take you on a culinary journey involving a wide range of spices and wonderful textures and colours and help you create some delicious food that you would find for sale on the streets in this colourful country. He will guide your through:
- making your own garam marsala and creating a 'spice intensity' that suits your palate
- oven baked samosas
- garam aloo
- tarka dhal
- quick aromatic rice pilaff
- (possibly) the best bhajis in Wiltshire
This will be a busy hands on sessions and you will get to taste some wonderful food that you have created at the end of the evening when you will have supper, with a glass of wine. However, there will also be enough to take some goodies home with you!
This class can be made suitable for vegetarians and special dietary requirements - please ask when you book.
It is also suitable for all skill levels and the small group size (maximum 10) means that everyone will get plenty of individual attention.
