Learn how to make an enriched cardamom dough from which you will make a couple of different traditional buns - cinnamon buns with caramalised apple as well as Norway’s daily staple the skolebrød, where you will make crème patisserie and decorate your buns with icing and coconut – a bit messy but well worth it!! 

We are limiting the class to six guests in order that you all work with your own dough and make both buns.   This is a hands on experience so, with guidance, you will be weighing, cooking, moulding and decorating!  We will have some Norwegian cookie recipes on standby if time allows, and you all will be given some kransekake dough to make your own sticks either in class or at home.

A light lunch will be provided with gluten free options available and if we have some in stock, you can taste geitost, Norways caramelised goats cheese!
