Aimed at anyone wanting to gain employment in the catering industry, run their own food business or enhance their culinary skills for personal satisfaction. This one day a week format is popular with those looking to upgrade their skills or attain an externally validated qualification.
Many people already enjoy cooking, but would like to enhance their skills and learn tips and techniques from experienced chefs.
A thorough grounding in the 'basics' including all aspects of good kitchen practice will help further a career in any aspect of the food business or givce a 'shine' to your cooking skills at home and increase your confidence in the kitchen from whatever level you start. This CTH Award is an internationally recognised qualification.
