This intensive 3 week full-time or 12 week part-time cookery course gives you a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of cooking, including all aspects of good kitchen practice. It is popular with those looking to boost kitchen confidence, start or further a career in the food industry or gain an internationally recognised culinary qualification. You will experience all aspects of cooking, learn from highly experienced and qualifed chef tutors and be inspired to enhance your culinary skills to a professional standard; whatever level you are starting from.
