This is a popular choice with anyone who wants to give a 'shine' to their cooking by mastering the essential culinary skills for working in a professional environment - perhaps for their own satisfaction or to help gain employment.
The course provides the skills, knowledge and practical experience that would equip you to cook in a: ski chalet; holiday villa; yacht crew or a junior chef in a commercial kitchen. It is also ideal for those wishing to run their own food business or who want to build their cooking confidence. This CTH Awards is an internationally recognised qualification.

Peter Vaughan, an award winning chef and member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, heads the team. He has worked in a variety of fine dining restaurants and now has his own restaurant and event catering business, as well as the cookery school. Peter is known for his infectiously enthusiastic teaching style that always leaves you inspired.
