This intensive 3 week full-time or 12 week part-time cookery course gives you a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of cooking, including all aspects of good kitchen practice. It is popular with those looking to boost kitchen confidence, start or further a career in the food industry or gain an internationally recognised culinary qualification.
