Teaching Team

Peter Vaughan, an award winning chef and member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, heads the team. He has worked in a variety of fine dining, Michelin starred establishments, as well as running his own restaurant. Nowadays, as well as the cookery school, he has his own event catering business where candidates can gain work experience. Peter is known for his infectiously enthusiastic teaching style that always leaves you inspired.

Peter's teaching team are all highly experienced and well-qualified, including an accredited qualification in nutrition. They have developed a curriculum that is interesting and creative, incorporating the naturally balanced and environmentally responsible ethos for which Vaughan's Kitchen & Cookery School is known.

Level 2 Award in Cookery Skills 603/6705/2 -  CTH (Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality).

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Award - RSPH (Royal Society for Public Health)
