Persian SpicesThe Persian New Year starts on the Spring Equinox. This is an ideal opportunity to come and taste some unusual and interesting dishes from an empire that once stretched half way around the world. Dishes include: Persian lentil and walnut soup; lamb shashlik; lavash and Tanur bread cooked in the Dutch Barn wood fired oven.

Come dressed for March in the countryside!

Arrive at Owl lodge for 7.00pm - 7.20pm - Hot punch and savouries will be served on arrival.

Dinner commences 7.45pm - a three-course dinner in the Dutch barn, around the central fire pit.
