Vaughan's Kitchen has chosen May for this theme as Memphis is where the world championship barbecue cooking competition takes place at this time of year. Along with the American Royal, these are two of the world's biggest barbecue competitions and attract thousands of visitors to watch and sample.

Join us to taste some of the flavours of the Deep South.

Arrive at Owl Lodge for 7.00pm - 7.20pm 

Dinner commences 7.45pm - a three-course dinner in the Dutch barn, around the central fire pit.
