The perfect time of year to enjoy A Night in Venice eating the cuisine of the Veneto region but luxuriating a fabulous view of the equally beautiful Wiltshire Countryside. Andrew Hurst will provide live music with his ‘archlute’ (a musical instrument invented in Venice 1580) - he lived and played in Venice for a number of years.

Stretching from the sea to the foothills of the Alps and across the fertile plains of Emilia Romagna. This expansive and varied geography, along with the unique history of the Venetian Republic, have added many different layers to the cuisine. This is the land of exotic spices, corn (polenta), arborio rice, Prosecco & Pinot Grigio grape, balsamic vinegar and, of course, Tiramisu.

Come dressed for July in the countryside!

Arrive at Owl lodge for 7.00pm - 7.20pm

Dinner commences 7.45pm - a three-course dinner in the Dutch barn.

Risotto of squid ink, artichokes & calamari
