Dinner commences 7.45pm - a three-course dinner at long communal tables in the Dutch barn, around the central fire pit. 

On a chilly night in November, let us transport you to the warmth of the Mediterranean with a dining experience that will celebrate the marriage of artisan gins with regional cuisine. From the sun-baked olive groves of the Sierra Tramuntana, through the cool, lush citrus groves of Sóller’s Golden Valley to the beach-side salt marshes of Es Trenc, the unique climate and landscape of Mallorca offers us flavoursome ingredients to create vibrant dishes. 

This evening has been designed and will be delivered by two graduates from Vaughan’s Cookery School Professional Kitchen Essential course, Sarah & Debbie. They have created a menu inspired by a combination of the peasant traditions of the Mediterranean and historic Arab and Moorish influences going back centuries.  

At the centre of your evening will be a series of gin tastings, introduced by the Mallorcan gin expert Sam Smith, the sole UK importer of award-winning artisan gin producers, Gin Eva. As the meal progresses, Sam will guide you through a variety of gins that have been carefully selected to pair with the food. Naturally there will be non-alcoholic drinks available for those that don't indulge or are driving.  These too will pair with the food and will be from locally foraged ingredients, as we don't have time to go to Mallorca to forage there!

Chargrilled broccoli with lemon and almonds
