We have many years of experience. Peter Vaughan has trained in top class banqueting in some of the finest 5* hotels in London. Head Chef, Kim Steevens, comes from New Zealand and brings interesting Pacific Rim flavours to the food.

With so many recipe ideas it would be impossible to list everything but look at our sample menu suggestions and remember that we can accommodate any special requests.
