Live Theatre of Food
Imagine an interactive and exciting evening of food. We set up themed mini-kitchens around the venue, each run by a knowledgeable and experienced chef. Guests visit the mini-kitchens where the chef will create dishes live, explaining what they're doing, where the ingredients are from and why flavours work well together.
Using smells, flames and knife skills we can create a whole 'theatre of food' at your event.
This works best as a two or three course event with canapes served by waiting staff, main courses from the mini-kitchens and then finger desserts served by waiting staff once again.
