Jayne Annan

Cookery School Co-ordinator

Having trained as a Home Economist and at Le Cordon Bleu, London, Jayne began her work and teaching journey at Leith's School of Food and Wine, also in London. Her love of baking gave her the opportunity to set up and manage a community bakery within the Thai population when she was living there as an ex-pat resident.

During the past twelve years she has been teaching within the local authority and Further Education sector where embedding the importance of food, home cooking and healthy lifestyle was a high priority.

Jayne has a wealth of experience, as well as a passion for food plus an enjoyment of teaching and encouraging people to increase their confidence in their culinary abilities, no matter what practical abilities they have when they arrive in her classes.
